Conduct an on-site compliance review and company policy audit to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and policies.
DOT Compliance Review
We will review:
- Driver qualification files
- Maintenance files
- Driver’s record of duty status (logs)
- Your pre-trip and post-trip inspection program
- DOT required drug and alcohol testing program
- Your hazardous materials handling and training program
Upon completion of the review, you will be given a written report outlining any violations and/or deficiencies. This report will also give you and your company suggested corrective actions to take in addressing any violations and/or deficiencies that may have been found.
OSHA Compliance Review
We will review:
- Your Safety and Health Program
- Your OHSA 300 &301 forms
- Emergency action plan
- Hazard communication program
- Lock out/tag out program
- Personal protective equipment program
- Risk management program
- Site safety and security plan

Mine Safety Programs Compliance Review
