Safety Program (A) – One year contract

1. Complete and maintain driver qualification files
2. Establish and review maintenance files
3. Review drivers record of duty status (logs)
4. Safety meetings with drivers (up to 4 meetings)
5. Establish a pre-trip and post-trip inspection program
6. Provide DOT required drug and alcohol training for supervisors
7. On call DOT safety consultations

Safety Program (B) – One time set up

1. Complete driver qualification files
